Preamble

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require the publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access to or usage of the domain name investorstack.in (the "Website"), including any related mobile site or application (the "Platform").

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Investorstack, a research and analysis platform run by Ashish Jain. By accessing or using the website, placing an order, or consuming any report delivered through Investorstack, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Investorstack.

2. Nature of Services

Investorstack provides informational stock research, business analysis, and AI-assisted report generation for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on Investorstack constitutes investment advice, portfolio management, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting Investorstack.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any report, analysis, or data provided through the website.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, designs, branding, workflows, text, and generated materials on Investorstack are owned by or licensed to Ashish Jain unless otherwise stated.

You may use purchased reports for your personal internal use only and may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit them without prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions, Payments and Pricing

Investorstack is sold as a subscription. Quarterly and yearly plans grant access to the platform for the period stated at checkout, beginning when payment is confirmed.

All prices displayed on Investorstack are exclusive of GST. Goods and Services Tax at the applicable rate is added at checkout, and the total payable is shown before you confirm payment. A tax invoice is issued for every payment and emailed to you.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A change in price does not affect a subscription already paid for; it applies from your next renewal.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access ends at the end of the paid period unless you choose to renew.

6. No Refunds Policy

All purchases made through Investorstack are final.

Once access to the platform has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, reversals, or partial refunds will be provided — including where you change your mind, stop using the platform, provide incorrect details, or cancel part-way through a subscription period. Unused time in a subscription period is not refundable or transferable.

7. Delivery and Availability

Investorstack aims to generate and deliver reports within the timelines indicated on the website, but delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Investorstack is not liable for delays, interruptions, technical failures, third-party outages, or email delivery issues outside reasonable control.

7A. Binding Contract

By initiating a transaction for a subscription, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Ashish Jain, proprietor of Investorstack, for the provision of the Services.

Any terms or conditions proposed by you that are in addition to, or conflict with, these Terms are expressly rejected and have no force or effect.

7B. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. On following such a link you are governed by the terms of use and privacy policy of that third party. These links are provided for convenience and further information only, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Ashish Jain does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or suitable for any particular investment objective or business use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashish Jain and Investorstack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or reliance on any content or report.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue using Investorstack.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services exceed the amount you actually paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9A. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashish Jain and Investorstack, and their respective agents and personnel, from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable legal fees — made by any third party, or any penalty imposed, arising out of your breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, or your violation of any law, rule or regulation, or of the rights (including intellectual property rights) of a third party.

9B. Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under these Terms where performance is prevented or delayed by an event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, epidemic, government action, failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure, or the failure or suspension of a third-party payment provider.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Purnea, Bihar, India.
