Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Investorstack follows a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy for all purchases made on the platform.

Investorstack is sold as a subscription. Access to the full platform — company research, industries, sector intel and research reports — is granted immediately once payment is confirmed. Because the entire product is delivered at that moment, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

This applies to all situations, including accidental purchases, change of mind, incorrect email address, dissatisfaction with the research or its conclusions, delays caused by third-party services, or simply not using the subscription.

Unused time in a subscription period is not refundable, transferable, or convertible to credit.

3. No Cancellations

A subscription cannot be cancelled for a refund once it has started.

You may choose not to renew at any time, and no further amount will be charged — subscriptions do not renew automatically. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you upgrade from one plan to another, any unused days on the earlier plan are added on top of the new plan rather than refunded.

3A. Not Applicable to This Service

Investorstack sells access to a digital research platform. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no delivery to a doorstep.

Clauses commonly found in refund policies for goods — cancellation before dispatch, rejection at delivery, damaged or defective items, perishable goods, and manufacturer warranties — therefore do not apply to this service.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the exact same order due to a technical issue, please contact ashishjainforwork@gmail.com with transaction details for review.

Any resolution for confirmed duplicate technical charges will be determined at sole discretion after verification.

5. Tax Invoices

A GST tax invoice is issued for every successful payment and emailed to you as a PDF. If you need it reissued against a GSTIN, contact us in the same calendar month as the payment and we will correct it.
